DUPLEX VERSION

The Duplex style units as shown above are available in addition to our single large compartment design. Duplex units

have a solid wall between compartments to allow two separate drying areas for independent containment whilst

preventing any chance of cross contamination.

CLEANING PACKAGE

Each cabinet includes a complete plumbing package that makes cleaning the cabinet easy. The spray hose is kept

outside the working compartment at all times to prevent the chance of cross contamination. A drain outlet is provided

with a foot operated electrical pump to allow waste water to be removed from the cabinet.

CONSTRUCTION

The corrosion proof design increases operational life, with the use of reinforced plastics that are resistant to corrosion

from various liquids and fumes. The cabinet can be easily cleaned down after use by rinsing with the spray hose fitted

in the cabinet and washing with detergent and water. The space inside the cabinet can be used to provide full length

hanging space and with removable shelves for storage of smaller items.

SAFE FILTER CHANGING
The filter combinations are designed to safely contain odours, chemical fumes or particulates.
Filters are designed to suit the cabinet airflow and ensure even absorption across the filter. This

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Air is drawn into the cabinet and first passes through an inlet pre-filter to remove larger particulates, ensuring extended
life of the main filter. Special main carbon filters capture vapours or odours whilst particulates are trapped in a HEPA
filter. The Filtrete pre-filter protects the main filters. If necessary an optional exhaust filter can be added. A constant
airflow is maintained even when pre-filters are partially blocked; if the air speed is reduced significantly the low airflow
alarm is activated to warn the operator of a potentially unsafe working environment.
